Vista: Pre-Cruise Hotel
We are heading to Webster, Texas for a two-night stay at the Comfort Suites.
Originally only one night was booked but I decided I want the full day there tomorrow so I added another night. I got both nights for $70 each after taxes on Hotwire.com .

I just checked in and the room looks good.
And the most important thing about this room.
Let’s check out the facilities.
Laundry Room
This is one of the biggest hotel laundry rooms I’ve seen. I came here directly from a one week business trip so I’m going to be using this tomorrow. It’s $1 wash, $1 dry.

Breakfast
They had sausages, eggs, fruit, yogurt, pastries and all of that for breakfast. I like the waffle maker when they have it.
Coffee maker in the breakfast area has mild, medium, bold. Bold for me. They have USA Today’s at the front desk.
The only problem I have with this hotel is they don’t have a room safe. I’m not a big cash person but I do bring it on a cruise for tips and to use in port because I don’t like using my cards in foreign countries.
Normally I would check-in the night before the cruise and check out the next morning with no real need for a room safe. In this case I’m staying two nights so I really could use a safe for the day in between.
Overall I like the hotel and would book it again.
